Known for her intricate, innovative piano playing, which has been called equal parts pop and symphonic pops, Waggoner is winning acclaim as a lyricist, musician, performer, and arranger. From Rage, to NPR, to Flagpole, critics are praising Waggoner and her lilting, delicate, indie pop.

But Jeremy Fisher is first and foremost a singer and songwriter, whose CD Goodbye Blue Monday has been called "a timeless burst of acoustic rock & roll, at once brainy and hook-filled, playful and provocative." Raised in Vancouver, BC, Fisher once biked across the entire continent, from Seattle to Halifax, to promote his first album. These days his promotion is a little less extreme, his reputation a lot more solid. He was just this month featured on World Café; was profiled in Paste magzine; and has been nominated for two 2008 JUNO awards, including Best New Artist and Best Adult Alternative Album. With one foot in roots and the other in rock, and with incredible dedication, Jeremy Fisher is an awesome new talent.
