Nobody’s Girl is a new trio formed by award-winning songwriters Betty Soo, Grace Pettis and Rebecca Loebe. Luscious harmony singers, effortless instrumentalists, seasoned touring artists: the three women recognized what each had accomplished individually could be made all the stronger by collaboration. Now, the spark has been set, the fire lit, and their individual and collective fans are eating it up. A video of “Fast Car” garnered twenty-thousand views on Facebook within days of posting.  Heard live, the harmonies are thrilling, echoing the trio recordings of Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton and Linda Ronstadt. The songs are powerful and spare; their stage presence confident and assured.  Their debut EP, Waterline, was released this year on the Lucky Hound label. Raved Albumism, “One might think they had played together for years, not months … shiny pop country, capturing the best aspects of both genres. The choruses are sweet and full, the power of a choir in three-part harmony. But there's also a rock edge, with electric guitars and drums that are straight-up Replacements.” Opening the show is Colin Gilmore, a Texas troubadour with an Americana pop-rock sound.
