JAMIE HUDRLIK and TIM WIRTH
New and Recent Paintings
In the galleries at CSPS, we're kicking off
our 16th season with a pair of remarkable young Iowa painters, Jamie Hudrlik
of Iowa City and Tim Wirth of Des Moines.
Jamie Hudrlik, born in Iowa City, studied art at
Cornell College,
The University of Iowa, The School of Visual Arts
in New York City, and
Columbia College in
Chicago, where she received her BFA in 2004.
She has shown her work, and won awards, in all those locales, as well as
Ames and Davenport.
Tim Wirth, born in Mason City in
1981, received a BFA from
Buena Vista University, Storm Lake, and in 2007, received his MFA from
the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. His work has been seen in
Iowa, Georgia, New York and Mexico City.
Tim Wirth currently lives with his wife in Des Moines.
This is his first exhibit in Eastern Iowa.
